The rails that don't move (even in the loose demo version)
  • No PHI feedback before the waiver is signed. Pre-waiver the agent stays warm and general; it never reflects the patient's specific medical data back (see Ex. B).
  • Demo-loose, prod-on-rails. The chatty version is a new agent mode for the demo; real-world tightens to rails TBD, and the loose mode is gated off real patients.
  • No drug-efficacy claims, no invented stats, service-not-drug. Goal-aware copy promotes the care service and the doctor review, never a specific compounded drug or a made-up figure.
  • Backbone unchanged. Waiver → payment → schedule → dashboard, all on the web, exactly as today. ID comes before the waiver (it populates it).
